正面描述	The quartered coat of arms of Andorra occupies the central field, displayed within an ornate cartouche with scrollwork surround. The shield is divided into four quarters: upper-left bears the mitre and crozier of the Bishop of Urgell; upper-right displays the vertical pales of the County of Foix; lower-left repeats the pales; and lower-right depicts two bulls passant, representing the Count of Bearn. The motto VIRTVS VNITA FORTIOR appears on a ribbon below the shield. The denomination 50 DINERS is inscribed in the upper arc of the legend, and the date 1964 appears at the base, all within a beaded border.
