This note is part of the "Canadian Journey" continuation under the National Parks commemorative framework — except it isn't. Canada's polymer national banknote series, introduced from 2011 onward, does not include a 50-dollar denomination featuring Mingan Archipelago, and no such Parks Canada commemorative polymer note in that denomination is documented in standard Pick or Bank of Canada references for 2019. The metadata here does not correspond to any verifiable Bank of Canada issue.
