Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field bears the Slovak state coat of arms — a pointed shield displaying a patriarchal double-barred cross rising from a stylised three-peaked mountain — set against a plain field. The circular legend SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA arcs around the upper periphery, while the date 1944 is inscribed along the lower periphery, flanked by small ornamental stops. The rim is bordered by a raised beaded border.
