| 裏面の説明 | The large numeral '50' dominates the upper field in bold, outlined relief. Below it, a stylised agricultural scene depicts a plough and a curving tree branch or vine extending across the central field, evoking the agrarian character of the Slovak Republic. The denomination legend HALIEROV arcs along the lower periphery in prominent capital letters. The mint mark 'Kr' for Kremnica appears discreetly to the right of centre. A beaded border frames the entire reverse design. |

The Slovak State's mint at Kremnica produced trial strikes for several denominations in 1944 as the wartime government attempted to stabilize a coinage supply under increasingly dire conditions — the Soviet advance through eastern Slovakia was well underway by autumn of that year. This brass composition was experimental; the circulating 50 halierov issues of the period used aluminum, which was then prioritized for German aircraft production, creating pressure to find substitute alloys.
KM# P12 is among a small cluster of 1944 Kremnica piedforts and trials that surfaced primarily through the mint's own archive dispersals after the war.
