This is a fantasy piece — the Czech Republic has never issued a 50 Korun banknote under the designation "Oblast Morava," and Franck Medina is a French designer known for producing regional and promotional fantasy notes, not legal tender. The Moravian regional identity has occasionally generated separatist cultural sentiment, but no breakaway monetary authority has ever been recognized or authorized to issue currency in the region.
The watermark security feature on a privately produced fantasy note is cosmetic rather than functional — present for aesthetic authenticity, not monetary protection.
