Banco de Kamberra is a fantasy issuer — no such central bank exists, and "Numismas" is not a recognized currency unit of any sovereign or territorial authority. This is an artist's note or novelty piece, likely part of a themed series honoring French cultural figures, designed by Franck Medina.
