| Description du revers | A wide intaglio panoramic vignette in green occupies the central field, rendered in fine engraving and presenting a sweeping cityscape in the foreground with the snow-capped volcanic peaks of Iztaccíhuatl and Popocatépetl rising in the background, each identified by their respective names in small lettering along the lower edge of the vignette. Large white-relief "50" numerals anchor the left and right panels within ornate guilloche borders, and the issuer name "BANCO DE MEXICO S.A." is set in a decorated band at the top.
