Three distinct signature combinations span the issue period, reflecting the presidential and central bank governor pairings across the Aquino and early Ramos administrations.

Printed entirely in-house at the Security Plant Complex — BSP's own facility, which had been producing Philippine currency since 1978 — this note carries no foreign printer involvement, an arrangement the Bangko Sentral had deliberately pursued to reduce dependence on overseas security printers.
