| Obverse description | Printed in blue intaglio with red text and black serial numbers, the note presents elephant columns flanking both vertical margins, with allegorical reclining female figures along the lower border — an ox at lower left and a tiger at lower right. A ribbon vignette at the top center carries decree inscriptions, beneath which the issuer name and multilingual denomination legends appear in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Urdu, English, and French.
