| Reverse description | The central field displays a bold composition combining a wheat sheaf, a curved sickle, and a linden branch tied together with a ribbon, symbolising agricultural labour and the Czechoslovak national tree. A stylised bird perches at the left of the central motif, adding a naturalistic element to the design. The legend REPUBLIKA·ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ arcs across the upper periphery, separated by a central dot, while the date 1920 appears in the lower exergue. The design reflects the Art Nouveau-influenced style employed by engraver Otakar Španiel for the early Czechoslovak pattern coinage. |
