Commemorative notes of this type were produced in limited runs for presentation rather than active circulation — they entered the economy in a nominal sense but were almost universally retained by recipients, making genuinely used examples essentially nonexistent.
The "Printed: 30.04.1945" field in this catalog entry almost certainly reflects a data error or a misread inscription; Kim Il Sung did not assume formal state authority until 1948, and the Central Bank of the DPRK was not established until that same year.
