正面描述	The central intaglio vignette presents a detailed engraved view of the Independence Palace (Dinh Độc-Lập) in Saigon, set against a pale guilloche underprint with elaborate scrollwork borders in red at left and right. The bank title NGÂN-HÀNG QUỐC-GIA VIỆT-NAM is printed in red letterpress across the top, while two facsimile signatures appear below the vignette beneath the titles MỘT QUẢN-TRỊ VIÊN and GIÁM-ĐỐC PHÁT-HÀNH. Denomination numeral 500 is placed at all four corners, with the value legend NĂM TRĂM ĐỒNG in bold red characters along the lower margin.
