The central panel bears the heading GELDANWEISUNG above ÜBER and the guilloche-framed numeral 500 with LIRE FÜNFHUNDERT; a six-line German text clause follows, referencing the Banca d'Italia deposit coverage and exchangeability, citing issuance by the Chef der Provinzialverwaltung in Laibach dated 14. IX. 1944, VII. Nr. 4504/1. The issuer SPARKASSE DER PROVINZ LAIBACH is set in bold letterpress with signature lines for Vorsitzender and Generaldirektor.
