备注	Mauritania's switch to polymer for this series was driven partly by the extreme climate — the Saharan interior regularly exceeds 45°C, and cotton-paper notes in circulation there deteriorated notoriously fast. G+D's Leipzig facility handled the substrate printing, with the polymer windows integrated into the design rather than added as afterthoughts. P#25 also coincided with Mauritania's 2018 redenomination, which replaced the Ouguiya at a 10:1 ratio with the new Ouguiya — making this note simultaneously a transitional and a terminal issue within the same series.
