备注	The Banque des États de l'Afrique Centrale issued notes simultaneously for six member states — Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon — with country-specific overprints or letter codes distinguishing circulation zones. The Republic of Congo designation on this note uses the "C" prefix serial coding. By 1992, the CFA franc's fixed parity with the French franc was under serious strain across the zone, and the devaluation that eventually came in January 1994 cut the rate from 50 to 100 CFAF per franc — effectively halving the real value of notes already in circulation at that point. Mamalepot served as Governor of BEAC; Mebara as a national representative signatory for Congo.
