Issued to mark the tenth anniversary of the Slovenian Parliament building's renovation and the establishment of Slovenia's constitutional order following independence from Yugoslavia in 1991, this piece belongs to a commemorative program the Bank of Slovenia ran aggressively through the early 2000s — producing collector silver at a pace that outstripped genuine numismatic demand.
