正面描述 A consumer ration card printed in blue on white stock, arranged as a sheet of 28 individual coupons with a central white registry panel bearing the issuing authority text and blank fields for holder identification. The coupon grid forms the principal design element, with each individual coupon bearing a numeric underprint. The central registry panel includes lines for surname, issuing authority, administrator, and chief accountant, together with an official stamp space and a counterfeiting warning.

备注

Belarus issued its first ruble series in 1992 while still formally within the ruble zone, before introducing the Belarusian ruble as a standalone currency. The "75 Roubles" denomination is an odd one by any standard — not a round figure, not a conventional multiplier. It emerged from a specific need to produce high-value notes quickly from existing plate stock, combining elements of earlier low-denomination designs rather than commissioning new artwork.

The "A" prefix on the Pick number signals that this piece remained unconfirmed or provisional in the Standard Catalog for some time — likely due to limited documentation at the time of initial cataloging. Genuine examples are scarce in Western collections.
