This is not a Swedish Riksbank issue. "Alga" was a board game published by the Swedish company Alga (a subsidiary of Brio), and the banknotes included in their games — Monopoly-style play money — occasionally surface in numismatic lots mislabeled as notgeld or advertising notes. They have no monetary status and were never intended for circulation.
Collector interest is marginal and almost entirely driven by gaming history rather than notaphily.
