Reverse description Within a beaded inner circle, a prominent six-petalled rosette or flower rendered in relief occupies the central field, with each lobe clearly defined, presenting a symmetrical floral motif characteristic of 13th-century Tyrolean and Carinthian regional deniers. The flower is boldly struck and centrally placed within the inner circle. Surrounding the inner circle, a circular legend in Gothic uncial lettering reads: MONETA DE LUONZE, denoting the mint of Lienz. The flan is irregular and slightly concave, consistent with hammered medieval coinage of the period.
