Obverse description Three parallel long crosses arranged side by side, the central cross bearing a small orb at its centre; two dotted crescents appear above the cross grouping. The letters TE and a mirrored TE are placed in the outer field flanking the crosses, with the letter S positioned between the crosses. No surrounding legend. The design is rendered in a primitive, flat hammered style typical of early Hungarian royal coinage.

Reverse description A plain cross of moderate size is centred within a beaded or incuse inner circle, with wedge-shaped ornaments filling the angles between the cross arms. The surrounding field bears the legend +LADISLAVS RE, referencing King László, arranged around the inner circle. The strike is characteristic of irregular hammered technique with slight flan irregularities.
