| Reverse description | Reverse displays a prominent six-pointed star (hexagram) formed by two interlaced triangles, a decorative motif characteristic of Ottoman provincial dirhems struck at Aleppo. The mint name and regnal year are inscribed within the central hexagonal field of the star, with additional Arabic legends distributed among the six outer triangular points. Small pellets ornament the interstices of the star design. The coin exhibits the typical toning and surface patina of circulated hammered silver. |
