Monaco never issued its own euro banknotes. As a microstate with a monetary agreement with the EU, it uses standard Eurosystem notes — there is no distinct Monégasque euro paper series. "Euroland - Monaco" is almost certainly a fantasy or novelty item, produced for the souvenir and collectors' market rather than any issuing authority. These pieces carry no legal tender status anywhere.
