| Obverse description | Irregular rectangular hammered copper flan bearing a stylized quadruped animal, likely a lion, depicted in profile facing right in the central field. The figure is rendered in low relief with crude but characteristic Safavid provincial style. Partial Arabic or Persian legends appear in the field surrounding the animal, though heavily worn and partially legible.
