DAS Security Printing is a Slovak security printer with genuine banknote production credentials, and Matej Gabris is a well-regarded designer in the novelty and fantasy note space — the combination here is competent and intentional. This is a fantasy/novelty issue, not legal tender from any sovereign or recognized monetary authority.
