The body is rendered with simplified anatomy, the four legs schematically indicated and the tail rising behind. Horizontal ground lines appear beneath the figure in the lower field. The design is aniconic in its late Celtic abstraction, entirely uninscribed, and reflects the degeneration of Massaliote prototypes common to this series. |
