| 表面の説明 | Central field displays the first part of the Islamic declaration of faith (shahada) in two lines of bold Kufic script: لا اله الا الله ('There is no god but God'). The inscription is contained within a beaded inner circle, surrounded by a circular marginal legend in Kufic script running along the border of the flan. The lettering is deeply struck and characteristic of the aniconic epigraphic coinage introduced under the Umayyad monetary reform. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, as typical of hammered gold dinars of this period. |

The reverse completes the full Profession of Faith across both sides of the coin, consistent with the standard Umayyad epigraphic dinar type established by the reform of 696-697 CE and continued under Caliph Suleiman ibn 'Abd al-Malik. |
