Souvenir note 100 Hryven; non-circulating commemorative

Issued to mark the 100th anniversary of the National Bank of Ukraine, this souvenir piece was produced at the NBU's own Kyiv facility — which is itself part of what's being commemorated, the institution having established domestic banknote printing capacity as a point of deliberate policy. The design team of Taran and the Kharuk brothers were the dominant creative force behind Ukrainian currency design throughout the 2000s and 2010s, responsible for the visual overhaul of the entire circulating series.

Security features are minimal by production-note standards — a watermark only, consistent with a collector item never intended for payment.
