| Obverse description | Diademed and draped bust of the Bosporan king Ininthimeus facing right, rendered in the local Hellenistic style with finely engraved radiating hair and beard. The royal diadem is clearly visible across the forehead, and the drapery is indicated at the shoulder. The circular legend ΒΑCΙΛΕΩC ΙΝΙΝΘΙΜΗΥΟΥ runs around the periphery within a beaded border, identifying the ruler as king. |
