背面描述	The reverse displays a five-line Arabic epigraphic legend filling the central field, reading 'وعفا / امام مسقط / بن سلطان / بن سعيد / فيصل بن', giving the full regnal title and genealogy of Sultan Faisal bin Turki. The inscriptions are enclosed within a wreath of palm or laurel branches tied at the base, rendered in low relief and framing the text on both sides. The field is otherwise plain, with no additional ornamental devices. The overall composition is characteristic of the epigraphic coinage tradition employed at the Muscat Mint during the late nineteenth century.
