Reverse description The reverse is printed in red-brown on a light ground, centred on an elaborate symmetrical guilloche design composed of interlocking lathe-work panels and ornamental scrollwork. A rectangular cartouche at the centre bears the inscription GOVERNMENT OF FIJI in bold serif lettering. A large blank oval medallion is positioned at the right, balanced by a smaller oval at the left, both surrounded by fine engine-turned patterns.
