The large denomination inscription "SATU RUPIAH" is rendered in bold letterpress at centre, surmounted by "REPUBLIK INDONESIA" and followed by "MENTERI KEUANGAN" with a facsimile signature and the year 1961 below. The overprint "IRIAN BARAT" appears in a panel at the lower right, indicating this note's specific regional issue. |
