To the right, the denomination numeral '10' appears in large ornate letterpress type, beneath the issuer's name in two lines and the promise-to-pay legend in italic script, with the place and date of issue reading 'Lima, Julio 4 de 1876' at the lower right. The outer border is composed of fine guilloche work with repeated denomination inscriptions 'DIEZ CENTAVOS' along all four margins. |
