| Descrizione del dritto | The left portion of the note is dominated by a large circular intaglio vignette of a seated female allegorical figure, robed in classical dress and resting beside a coat of arms, with an industrial landscape visible in the background. To the right, the denomination numeral '10' appears in large ornate letterpress type, beneath the issuer's name in two lines and the promise-to-pay legend in italic script, with the place and date of issue reading 'Lima, Julio 4 de 1876' at the lower right. The outer border is composed of fine guilloche work with repeated denomination inscriptions 'DIEZ CENTAVOS' along all four margins. |

The rosette is set within successive geometric guilloche borders, and the words 'DIEZ' and 'CENTAVOS' appear in ornate panels to the left and right respectively. The printer's imprint 'Compañia Nacional de Billetes de Banco, Nueva York' and 'National Bank Note Company, New York' are printed along the lower margin. |
