Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse features a plain field dominated by the large bold numeral '10' above the denomination indicator 'F' (Franc), centrally positioned and rendered in high relief. The place name 'LEOPOLDVILLE' arcs above the central denomination in a curved legend, while the circular peripheral legend 'BANQUE NATIONALE DU CONGO' runs along the upper rim. The date '1965' appears in the lower exergual area flanked by small decorative stars, with the engraver's initials 'GAB' (Georges André Brunet) visible at the very base. The entire design is framed by a fine beaded border.
