Large Chinese characters 拾圜 dominate the centre against a guilloche underprint bearing the Bank of Korea seal in blue, with a red circular official stamp affixed below. Ornate floral scroll borders frame all four sides, with numeral 10 cartouches at the upper corners and Korean syllabic characters 십 and 환 at the lower corners. |
