| Описание оборотной стороны | The reverse is printed in brown on plain paper, dominated by a central intaglio vignette of the Yūmei-mon gate at Nikkō Tōshō-gū shrine, rendered in fine line engraving with surrounding trees and stone lanterns in the foreground. The issuer title 日本銀行券 appears in a rectangular panel at the top centre surmounted by a circular mon emblem, with the denomination 拾圓 in kanji at the lower left and the numeral 10 within a guilloche rosette at the right. The entire composition is enclosed within an elaborate floral and scroll border with chrysanthemum corner ornaments. |
