The "Racial Unity" theme places it within a category of commemorative or message-driven fantasy pieces that saw a surge in production during the mid-2010s, often sold as gifts, educational materials, or collector curiosities.
Franck Medina is a graphic designer known for producing this type of novelty currency. The watermark is a decorative inclusion, not a security measure in any meaningful sense — it cannot confer authenticity on something that makes no claim to be genuine.
