Roosevelt, redeemable by the Government of the United States through the Philippine Government after the War. A small circular portrait vignette of a military officer appears at the left, and a patriotic 'V for Victory' eagle emblem is printed at the right. The denomination P100 and date Feb. 22, 1942 appear in the upper right, with a serial number prefixed 'No' at the lower centre, flanked by two manuscript signatures above the printed titles 'Captain, U.S. Army' and 'Major, U.S. Army'. |
