Elaborate floral and ribbon garlands extend symmetrically to either side, terminating in circular panels bearing the numeral '25' at upper left and upper right. The bold Cyrillic legend КАРБОВАНЦІВ is inscribed across the top of the note, and the anti-counterfeiting warning ФАЛЬШУВАННЯ КАРАЄТЬСЯ ПО ЗАКОНУ runs along the lower margin. |
