The denomination '5' appears in large numerals at each corner, with 'CENTAVOS' running vertically along both side borders in a guilloche-patterned frame. Three signature lines appear at the lower portion, attributed to the Provincial Auditor, Manager of the Iloilo Branch, and Provincial Fiscal, with the serial number printed vertically on both sides. |

A large circular underprint seal at center reads 'EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTE OF 1941 / ISSUED BY THE ILOILO CURRENCY COMMITTEE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES.' The denomination numeral '5' is repeated in the four corners within a decorative guilloche border, and 'CENTAVOS' runs vertically along both side margins.
