This example replicates the fifth series Renminbi 5 Yuan note closely enough to serve its pedagogical purpose: teaching bank clerks to identify security features, handle currency correctly, and process transactions under supervision.
Chinese teller practice notes from this period surface irregularly in the secondary market, usually in small quantities when training materials are decommissioned. Provenance is almost never documented.
