| Opmerkingen |
Teller training notes issued by Chinese state banks in the 2000s occupy an odd corner of notaphily — they are genuine printed artifacts produced by official institutions for instructional use, not counterfeits and not proofs, but they were never intended to reach collectors. This example replicates the fifth series Renminbi 5 Yuan note closely enough to serve its pedagogical purpose: teaching bank clerks to identify security features, handle currency correctly, and process transactions under supervision.
Chinese teller practice notes from this period surface irregularly in the secondary market, usually in small quantities when training materials are decommissioned. Provenance is almost never documented.
