The header inscription in Cyrillic is set in a panel at the top, with the denomination legend 'ПЕТ ПЕРПЕРА' printed in bold letterpress across the centre field; the place and date of issue, 'Цетиње, 1. октобра 1912.', appear in the lower text panel along with printed signature lines. |
