The Nicaraguan Coat of Arms is set within an elaborate central guilloche medallion, flanked on either side by the denomination numeral '5' within intricate lathe-work panels bearing the words CINCO at left and PESOS at right. The circular legend arcs around the upper portion of the central vignette, and the overall design is enclosed within a decorative border of fine geometric engine-turned patterns. |
