The issuer name curves around the oval in bold serif lettering, divided above and below the arms. Elaborate lathe-work guilloche panels flank the centre, each enclosing an oval numeral "5 PESOS" at left and right, all printed in green on a light ground. The printer's imprint "Waterlow & Sons Ltd. Londres" appears at the bottom margin. |
