The King eider designation and "Polar Dollar" denomination are entirely invented. No central bank, no issuing government, no legal tender status anywhere.
Polymer substrate and holographic foil strip are real security features borrowed from legitimate currency production, which is partly what makes fantasy notes like this marketable to casual collectors unfamiliar with the distinction.
