背面描述	The reverse presents the Jerusalem cross in quadrilobe form, with each quadrant containing alternating castles and lions — the arms of Castile and León — rendered in the characteristic rough, irregular style of hammered cob coinage. The cross is enclosed within a double tressure of arched lobes forming a decorative quatrefoil border, itself surrounded by a beaded inner ring. A partial partial Latin legend runs along the outer periphery within the beaded border, partially visible due to the irregular planchet shape. A second small circular Guatemalan countermark punch of 1838 is applied in the field, consistent with the Type I counterstamp series issued to validate foreign silver in circulation.
