| Obverse description | Printed in red on a light lilac-blue guilloche underprint, the obverse carries the crowned royal arms of Libya in an oval cartouche at centre-left, set within an intricate floral frame. The Arabic bank title بنك ليبيا appears at upper centre, flanked by corner denomination numerals ¼, with a large arabesque guilloche medallion to the right bearing the fraction ¼ in outline. A central multicolour rosette carries the Arabic legal tender text and a manuscript signature below. |
