| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field occupied by the interlaced Cyrillic monograms of Tsar Ivan Sracimir, rendered in bold relief across the flan. The monograms are composed of interwoven letters forming a decorative ligature characteristic of late medieval Bulgarian coinage. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, consistent with hand-struck hammered copper issues of the Vidin mint. No border or legend surrounds the monogram device. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Half-length facing bust of Christ Pantokrator depicted in orans or benediction pose, with both arms raised and hands extended outward. The figure is rendered in a stylized Byzantine manner typical of Bulgarian trachy coinage of the fourteenth century. The Christogram IC-XC appears divided across the field to either side of the bust. The overall composition follows standard Byzantine iconographic conventions adapted by the Vidin mint workshop. |
