| Beschrijving voorzijde | Emperor Konstantin I Tih enthroned facing, depicted in full imperial regalia, holding a labarum in his right hand and an akakia in his left. The hand of God (manus Dei) descends from above to crown the emperor. The composition is rendered in the Byzantine artistic tradition, with the throne visible beneath the seated figure. The concave scyphate flan gives the design a characteristic bowl-like relief. |

| Opschrift voorzijde | IC XC |
| Beschrijving keerzijde | A large bold cross occupies the central field of the concave flan, its arms extending nearly to the coin's edge. The Christogram IC–XC (abbreviation for Jesus Christ) is distributed in the upper two quarters flanking the cross arms. Four-pointed stars are placed symmetrically in the lower two quarters. The design follows standard Byzantine reverse iconography adapted for Bulgarian imperial coinage of the 13th century. |
